Refund policy

Eligibility

Customized products are not eligible for exchange and return.

For all other items, see below.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of package delivery. Once the exchange label is created, the package must be shipped within a week.

We provide one complimentary exchange per order.

Customer must ship original, unworn, unwashed garment back to us in the original packaging.

For international customers, a customer-paid shipping label is required on the return package as we cannot create labels originating internationally. Please email info@pineappleandsage.com for assistance.

Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we will ship out your exchange at no additional cost (both US and international).

We do not accept exchanges on any of the following products:

  • Customized products
  • Gift cards

Returns

Apparel returns must be initiated within 30 days of package delivery. Once the return label is created, the package must be shipped within a week.

A $5 restocking fee per item and the cost of shipping are deducted from any refunds.

Changed your mind and it's 31-60 days after your package was delivered? No problem, you're still eligible for an exchange or store credit during that window.

Customer must ship original, unworn, unwashed garment back to us in the original packaging.

Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we will process your return via your original payment method. Please note, you will be fully refunded for any returned items that are received in their original condition, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customized products
  • Gift cards

Shipping charges and Exchanges & Returns

Shipping charges are non-refundable once we pack and ship your order. We do not refund shipping charges if your items are returned or exchanged. Please see our shipping page for more information.

Damaged items

We do not take back items that have been damaged during use, including but not limited to:

  • Oil or grease stains (i.e. cooking oil, sunscreen, etc.)
  • Cuts and tears
  • Etc.
